Who tops the list for the most free wireless internet access? It is not who you think it would be. Sweden has been named the most wired country for 2 years in a row now. Why? Well, the Economic Forum who compiles the list looks at many factors for technological readiness. Such things they consider are the number of cellphone subscribers in the country, the country's technology related laws and to what extent its firms and businesses have absorbed technology. Following after Sweden is Iceland, Switzerland the Netherlands, Denmark, Hong Kong, South Korea, Norway, the United States and Luxembourg in that order.
