Such things they consider are the number of cellphone subscribers in the country, the country's technology related laws and to what extent its firms and businesses have absorbed technology. Following after Sweden is Iceland, Switzerland the Netherlands, Denmark, Hong Kong, South Korea, Norway, the United States and Luxembourg in that order.

Seattle is on the top of the list for the most wireless internet service in the country. And it is no wonder since Seattle is the home of both MicroSoft and Amazon. Forbes has measured the cities' most wired quotient since 1997. It computes the amount of Internet users who have high speed connections and the number of companies that provide high speed Internet service. They also measure the amount of public wireless Internet hotspots in each city because lots of urban residents are now using the Internet with Wi-Fi service. Atlanta was number one before Seattle.
