If you have wireless internet access you need to protect your network. We know you have probably heard it before but there are plenty of people out there that would love to steal other people's Internet access. It might just be a criminal offense depending on where you live but even if it isn't it is not very nice to have someone jump into your unprotected home wi-fi router and connect to your Net. Most wireless routers these days are very easy to set up and even if you do get stuck there are manuals to follow to enable your WEP/WPA. So there is really no exuse for anyone to get stuck without it. Remember, it is important to protect yourself.

Well, the Economic Forum who compiles the list looks at many factors for technological readiness. Such things they consider are the number of cellphone subscribers in the country, the country's technology related laws and to what extent its firms and businesses have absorbed technology. Following after Sweden is Iceland, Switzerland the Netherlands, Denmark, Hong Kong, South Korea, Norway, the United States and Luxembourg in that order.
